[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — home loan emi sent thru ecs without loan disbursement | |||||
I had been negotiating a home loan with bajaj finserv under professional category in the month of may 2017 and they sent me a offer letter through whatsapp and took part documentation. Since it was a loan transfer for existing home loan there were some delays. With all this ecs is sent to my bank without disbursement drawal in july 2017 and now in august 2017. This is unfair / unprofessional treatment met by me from a renowned institution. Repeated complaints over email was of no avail to grievance / customer support etc. My complaint to rbi cell is also not getting enough attention. Would request seniors at bajaj to review resolute and do the needful delete the wrong ecs and do this as a fresh loan in august 2017. Banks are charging me ecs bounce charges and there is a harassment from back end team without realizing the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
