Bajaj asm told me several things to attract me to buy their product. I applied home loan bt from sbi to bajaj finserv. Home loan is transferred now but they don't give me the flexi loan whatever they committed earlier. Each and every day they share me new new story. Their customer care told me one thing and their asm told me fully different thing. Their grivence team not answering me after sending them mail.
I feel that i am fully cheated. Also they wrote in mail that they 'll provide me rs 5000 as a gift from their side. But till yet not received it.
I want to raise a complain against them because of -
1 why each and every day i received several false commitments from their side and it started from mid of april.
2 who give them the rights to make the harassment to any customer.
3 as i have received written confirmation in mail from their customer care that my flexi top up loan 'll be disburssed within yesterday and i have received again one story today from asm.
4 also their manager's behavior is not like very professional and it is very tough to reach him at phone. Was this information helpful? |

Going mad. can please help me stop this. i did not opt for this service at all. Atleast 6-8 calls per day. Going mad with this bloody [censored]ing company.
