Bajaj Finserv — home loan pending issues from june - 2018 (worst service) | |||
I had raised the following issues from June - 2018 and still not got resolved. I had tried following options a. Sent an email to wecare and giverence team (Didn’t get any response to solve the issue). b. Talked with customer care executive in[protected]Always get the response “We will forward to the backend team and let you know.”) c. Talked to ASM (Nothing had happen) d. Talked to Chennai RSM (Nothing had happen) e. Talked to Location Manager (Nothing had happen) f. Send Email to TOP Management (Nothing had happen) 1. Cancellation on Insurance. While loan disposal I got a notice that 1 new Insurance had been created with a separate loan. I didn’t sign any loan / insurance agreement, Now it is surprise for me that how it had been sanctioned. On discuss with the Sales Person, he told after 3 Months, I can cancel the policy and the full amount will got adjusted in my Home Loan. Now they told, I need to surrender my policy by deducting some amount. 2. Elite Card Processing While checking my account statement, I came to know there is Rs. 4, 777/- amount had been deducted for Elite Card Processing. I don’t know anything about this product. I request to refund the amount. I came to know this detail by verify the account statement. I didn’t receive any email / SMS for the confirmation and didn’t receive any card.
