Bajaj Finserv — i am being charged for the item i have not purchased. | |||
I bought a tv and washing machine. I was asked whether i want 1 yr extended warranty. Refused but when my 1st emi deducted that amount of extended warranty was added with tv emi. After complaining to that person who was representing the store and was in touch with bajaj he told me that they never ask from bajaj to start that. How can someone charge me for the item which i never purchased. Please sort my issue, cancel the warranty and take action against these kind of people who are doing fraud just to get their points.
