Bajaj Finserv — I am complaining regarding payment and membership card

i am Narayan Agarwal . my wife name is Mrs Ruchi Agarwal . my wife brought the LG LED T.V. from sales emporium, rajarhat road, baguiati, kolkata-700059, ph.no:- [protected] . model no:- 32LH602D, bill.no :- SEB/CR/00269/7/[protected], on 19/07/2016 on emi from bajaj finserv . the reason behind complaint is that the company doesn't colllect the payment through my bank account . they come to my home and collect the payment through check . i don't know what is the reason behind this your executive suman her ph.no:-[protected]. they sit on sales emporium. so i want to know that because of this will any civil problem are generated on future from bajaj finserv . and another problem is that they doesn't giving my membership card . 7 months already going . i dont't know when they give me my membership card .
