Bajaj Finserv — I am not getting bajaj elite emi card

I have paid rs.4999/- for elite emi card but till today i have not getting any information from bajaj fin card all customers no. Is fake i lost my money hisexecutive said me that you get the card a d gift vouchers in next 6 day on my home address. But till date, there is no further communication from your side and i yet to get the card.

Sir, i would request your good selves to kindly do the needful earliest.
