Bajaj Finserv — I have cancelled order, however money not returned, it's more than 2 weeks

I had ordered 2 ACs and later I cancelled. They confirmed that I will receive my money back within 48 hours, but it is more than 2 weeks.

I have been talking to Mr. Pramod Sharma, some executive of Bajaj finserv:[protected]., So when it comes to money transfer, he does some transaction at his end and ask for my Banks otp no., which I didnt agree to share. Hence he is not helping. Also He told that dispute team from bajaj Finserve will call me to resolve issue. I am not getting call.

I have raised a compleint previously as well in Consumer Court no.

Would request you to kindly take action against them. Feeling like they are fraud.
