[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — illegally charged rs. 117 as "card inactive fees" without any consent | |||
I don't have any requirement to use emi card: xxxxxxxxxx5203 for any purchase. Why have i been charged rs. 117 as "card inactive fees", which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent? Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present? Card is valid upto 03/25 then what is meaning of inactive? Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect. This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv. I am loosing my faith for this company. May 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED. I didn't get any E-MAIL in my any account and MONEY IS NOT GIVEN BACK in my bank account.They sent me today FALSE TEXT MASSAGE contains "your complaint has been resolved" but it is totally fake.
Bajaj Finserv making fraud with people at very cheap level.
They not receiving call and relying to email on their official customer care number and email id.
Please take serious action on them. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

My card is now in suspension i need to reissue it. I had closed my previous loan. I need to re issue it
