[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — illegally charged rs. 117 | |||||
I don't have any requirement to use emi card xxxxxxxxxx5203 for any purchase. Why have i been charged rs. 117 as card inactive fees which is debited directly from my savings account without my consent. Do you want me to use this card even if i don't have any requirement as present Card is valid upto march 25 then what is meaning of inactive? Four times called on customer care number but didn't connect. This is a unethical act which is not expected from a big company like bajaj finserv. I am loosing my faith for this company.
