I am writing this letter to bring your attention that i am not satisfied with your quality of service provided at bajaj finserv. I am talking about the services i took on[protected] and want to let you know i was very upset with your staff’s performance. I call to your bajaj finserv customercare number which was [protected] in chandigarh. One of the women of your staff how take a call used to deal with me, i just told her about my cheque bounce, but she doesn’t have any manners to deal with customer she started misbehaving with me and also she said some abuse words to me which is not appropriate to deal with customer.
I have been a regular client of you company but now i am completely disappointed. I expect quality services from you and request you to address this issue with immediate attention. I expect full compensation and look forward to your replies within shortest time.
