I have received a message in my registered mobile number with bajaj finserv that my said loan number is still not registered and emi cannot be debited from your bank a/c. Additional service charges of rs. 450 will be levied to my a/c no every month till mandate is registered. For your kind information, when i started my relationship with bajaj finserv products i already registered my mandate and i am surprised to receive this message again. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 29, 2020 Updated by Gunasekar CJ Your message received in the registered mobile says my mandate for the loan no. 403SAF39096250 is not yet registered and penalty of Rs. 450/- on monthly basis will be levied from my account till it is registered. I wished to inform you that I already registered my mandate at the time of beginning my relationship with Bajaj Finserv. Even if you are not convince I am ready to do againn register my mandate. This is for your kind information and update me the confirmation of my mandate registration.
