Ordered a mobile phone from Bajaj Finserv application, it shows that I have to pay 400 downpayment at delivery time and rest 18499 in 7 emi's. At the time of delivery the invoice is changed and now I have to pay 1003 as downpayment and rest 17496 as loan amount. I contacted to Bajaj and they said you have to pay this amount at delivery time. After the delivery Bajaj gave me another invoice in which no downpayment is shown and I have to pay full amount 18499. Then I contacted to customer care and after several mails and calls no resolution provided. After that I paid total amount and closed my loan because now I can't trust this company anymore
