[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Irregular deduction of mandate fail charge on personal loan account 498pstfa758134 | |
I took a personal loan of amount Rs. 50, 000/- in September 2019 from Bajaj FinServ with EMI of Rs. 2770/- pm for 24 months (Loan account 498PSTFA758134.). Since then EMIs are being deducted regularly from my s/b/a/c @2770/-. However, recently twice within a week (19 August & 26 August 2020) Rs. 295/- each time has been debited from my bank account towards mandate fail charges. Since I am not in fault on paying my any EMIs, how mandate fail charges can be deducted. Was this information helpful? | |
