After 8 months of payment last month was really miserable. I got "n" number of calls from bajaj call centre insisting me to do the payment. I have already provided my authorization to bajaj to auto debit the amount from my account, then why am i getting calls. I tried calling their number its no use because you cannot reach an agent you will always hear the automated voice. Next try is that raised the request through mobile app, the one good reply or a common reply which will say that your payment is in presentation. No information about the issue. When i cross check the statement i came to know that the ecs has been rejected by the bank. After 8 months of emi how come a bank will reject the payment. Something is not right. Now all of a sudden i received a call from the call centre stating that a guy will come to you house kindly sign the ecs mandate form. Iam still thinking whether to sign or not. Also without informing they have reduced my emi card value. Once bajaj finserv was the best, but now its not. Was this information helpful? | |
