Bajaj Finserv — loan against insurance policy.

BAJAJ FINSERV :APPLICATION NO.-CI/291683/AF company executive called and told to pay premium. I paid now they demanding 16750rs more to generate policy.
Please cancel the application and process refund of premium 20, 000/- otherwise I will take legal action.
I got A call from [protected].
The loan amount was 200000.
Now they are saying that refund will take one month.
And the process will be done after two days.
Is bajaj work like that.
If yes it's so bad.
