[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — loan closing issues | |||
I have a loan that I need to close, they asked me to go to the nearest branch which is 35km away from where I am right now one way. Would really appreciate if someone can come home to take the check and also if I can get the nearest branch address in Gurgaon, so that I can visit, cos it shows the Gurgaon office is closed. I really want to be heard and replied back to cos if this doesn’t happen I will make sure I go to the highest of authorities to get this resolved and will make sure you guys pay for it even to compensate for my time that you guys have wasted. My repeated request for activate or unblock our cards.accirding to u it is valid up to 2025.and we dont know why it is not useful for any transaction.this is my reminder mail for the same problem
