[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv Ltd — Loan | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, Recently we applied for unsecured business loan with Bajaj Finserv Ltd through a agent. Last week the loan is disbursed directly to our account. Our loan account is 402PSB14768249. However we never received any kind of mail, sanction letter or any document mentioning rate of interest, processing fee, insurance & other deductible charges etc. They never take any kind of consent from us before disbursing the loan. When we enquired with customer care they had levied so many charges & higer rate of interest which are not acceptable to us.Also they are not responding satisfactorily. My question is it possible for a NBFC to disburse the loan without issuing saction letter or witout our consent? Please look in to the matter urgently.
