Bajaj Finserv — mandate failed charges thrice

My name is anup shedge i am a consumer durable loan customer in bajaj finance. I ahve purchased a product in 23/10/2018 for which i am paying emi and have paid one emi in advance. But why the bajaj has deducted rupees 295*3 from last 2 days from my sbi account let me know and kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.
