I have been with bajaj finserv for 5 years now. Due to the demonetization my salary is stuck and before the emi date i sent 2-3 emails to wecare informing them the same.
Still i started to get calls 5-7 times a day since then. I did inform them that the rbi has issued a notification on november 19th to give the customer 60 days additional time to make provisions to pay the emi.
Yesterday, the baja finserv recovery agent barged into my house and started to threaten me to come to their pune wakdewadi office to meet their recovery manager name prasad. I told them that i pesonally have written emails to wecare explaining the issue but they didn't listen to me.
They called their recovery manager prasad and the manager started to abuse me and threatening me.in last 5 years of relation with bajaj, over a delay of 15 days and due to a genuine reason like salary delay due to demonetization the recovery agents made a big scene in front of my house.
Like i am a murder or rape accused. They mentally harrased me and humiliated in front of my neighbors. There won't be any future business given to bajaj from me once the existing loans are settled.
I request the higher authorities to look in to this matter as it's a case of mentally hasssing customer for a delay in payment.
