Bajaj Finserv — Mobile number not registered even though i'm an existing customer | |||||
Hi, Am trying to contact bajaj finserv offices via phone but they never receive the call. Am an existing customer and i need to apply for an emi card. If i call bajaj finserv on their numbers and enter my mobile number by following ivr options i always hear that my mobile number is not registered. Pissed off with the service. If i enter my customer id by following ivr options even then it says incorrect customer id. If my mobile number is not registered how can i login to bajaj experia? How can i see my customer id and mobile number and other details in my profile in experia app? I have contacted customer care via mail as well, but they don't bother to resolve issue. Simply give nonsense reply and close the ticket. Worst experience ever. Please resolve as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
