Dear sir,
I purchased a mobile phone (Vivo v9) from mobile mall through bajaj finserv and insured the same phone from bajaj finserv but some technical issue phone are not perform well so company (Vivo) replace this phone with new one.

I told the company representer (Bajaj finserv) please transfer the insurance old to new phone. But he did not transfer insurance to new phone.

Now my phone screen is breakup and i want to cliam it but company not give the claim to same.

I got a Bajaj Finserv EMI card I have registered my old mobile number but now i changed my mobile number, now when I am odering anything at online shop the OTP goes to my old number and i cant buy that product and i have also updated my new mobile number in a Furniture shop but also It didn't changed

I'm Jayanta kumar Roy, I bought a LED TV in 2016 with bajaj finserv EMI option and clear it in 2017. But till now Bajaj Finserv withdraw money from my SBI a/c no-[protected].
So kindly request you please suggest me what should i do now against the illegal work of Bajaj Finserv.Please help me.
