I have taken loan from your company since last year october and i have paid all emi regularly but yesterday i have visited chroma retail store for purpose of new consumer load of mobile phone but your employee reply me answering that your card was block and also said that no limit shows of your card shown
So pls tell me what happened in my account and also my card statement
