[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — my credit card is blocked. | |||
Dear all, This is regarding with my bajaj finserv credit card, totally i took 4 loans out that 3 paid and the fourth is in problem. After i took the 4th loan (8 - emi), 1st emi i paid through my bank account (Od account). 2nd month i closed my bank od account so that bank gave me a new account number with same company name. Before closing my od account i informed bajaj and they said produce new cheque leaf with letter to bajaj head office and i also did the same. But from 3rd month on wards they collected emi as cash and said it will be clear through bank from next month. But every (Till my 8th emi) month their collection person said the same excuse and they are keen on collecting payment.in the mean time (From the 2nd month) i sent lot of email to bajaj regarding this issue and i got the computer generated email only. Its happened 4 months before and now i received the outstanding amount of rs.13000. After i received the statement i sent more than 8 email still i got a computer generated response only. For this reason i don't want to block my credit card and also i am not ready to pay the excess amount. Can you give me the solution asap Was this information helpful? | |||
