Bajaj Finserv — my emi card ending with 5165 stands suspended even though payment is made

Because i am totally feeling cheated and exploited by the way your company operates. I took a loan of approx. Rs 40000 in the month of june 2017 against two loan acccount nos. 5810cd[protected]With emi rs 2884) and
5810cd[protected]With emi rs 2434).

The first emi was auto-debited in the month of aug with no such hassle, but the emi that was to be auto-debited in the month of sep has not been no easy so far. It was scheduled for 2nd sep i believe, but no such amount was debited from my account.

Post this, i tried reaching your customer care no.[protected], but literally it is a pathetic ivr system with which you are trying to help your customers. I have been trying on this to have a word with customer care people, but no ivr option leads to it. Amazing service that you have been providing.

Now, comes the best part, that someone from bajaj calls me, and asks to pay the emi. When asked the reason to her that why the auto-debited was not processed, she admitted that there was some failure from their end. I agreed to pay the emi online, and i paid an amount of 5318 (Bil*[protected]/jici[protected] - on 11th sep 2017 at 01:11am) as per the amount displayed on the online line shared over sms.

But, the trouble did not stop here, an amount of rs 2434 was auto-debited on the 11th sep. My only point here is how a company running financial services, is working in such a pathetic manner that it cannot look up to if its customers' dues are processed or not. Now, i have received an sms from bajaj stating my emi card has been suspended for next 3 months due to non-receipt of emis.

I am totally alarmed with this situation, and looking forward to close the load account as soon as possible. I am repenting and regreting on my decision that i took to buy bajaj emi card.

Hoping this will be addressed, before i proceed for a legal procedure and closure of the loan account. I want rs 2434 back in my account asap as i have already made a payment of rs 5318 for both the emis.

This guys are sending automated sales call daily to my phone, please look in to it, i have never registered to this service .
