Bajaj Finserv — My mobile number has been incorrectly attached to an unknown loan account. | |||
I have been receiving EMI updates and payment failed updates for a Bajaj Finserv loan account. Since I have not taken any loan from them, I called up their helpline @[protected] to find out why I have been receiving these messages. They told me that my number has been incorrectly added to a loan account. Below are the attempts that I have made to correct it: 1. Spoke to Saurabh on 18th September 2015 @ 9:45 am. He took down my complaint and told me that it would be resolved within 5 working day. Complaint number: SRM03838632. 2. Spoke to Shashank on 30th September 2015 @ 12:40 pm. I was on hold for about 8 minutes before he disconnected my call. 3. Spoke to Shailesh on the same day @ 12:51 pm. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was immediately put on hold without any further comment. After 7.41 minutes of wait time, my call was disconnected again. 4. Spoke to Mahesh on the same day @ 1:10 pm. He was extremely rude and said that the mobile number was incorrectly added and they had to wait for approval and so on to take it off. He could not give any proper resolution. When asked about all the calls and time i was spending on getting their mistake resolved, he adamantly maintained that the company has the right to put in any active mobile number. I keep telling them, that this is not my account, i have not bought any consumer durable good nor have I availed of any finance from Bajaj finserv. Was this information helpful? | |||
