[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — new EMI card not yet received

Customer id 3463446, i lost my EMI CARD and requested for a new card to be issued.
Its been more than 2 weeks and still have not received my card.
also IVR option should have an option of talking to executive, why there is no option in toll free number.
It is pathetic.
