Bajaj Finserv — Nil fore closure and part payment benefit is removed from my personal loan account | |||
I availed a personal loan from bajaj finserv in jan, 2015 with nil foreclosure and nil part payment charges in the agreement. however now they have started charging 4.6% for the fore closure and 2.3% for part payment since 1st june 2016. i just came to know about it yesterday. i contacted their customer but not yet settled on this issue by them. it is against the initial agreement and against the consumer rights. please help me to get the waiver on the fore closer and part payment charges. thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
