[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — no issue of the card after repeated follow up for two years

I have raised a ticket with them to reissue my finance card, however its been tow years they never responded to my issue. Srn12663196 is the ticket number they gave me last time however the card is still not delivered

With reference to your email and as per our telephonic conversation [protected] this is to confirm that your emi card number xxxxxx8125 has been generated on 18/08/2017 and will get dispatched on your registered mailing address within 21 working days

Please find your registered mailing address where the emi card will be delivered, do write to us along with the scan copy of valid address proof incase you want any change in your present mailing address.

And till now the card is not delivered.
