[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — no loan disbursed and emi get deducted | |||
I was trying to transfer my home loan from my current bank to bajaj finserv. Bajaj finserv collected all the documents on 21st july 2017 signed from me. On 31st july 2017 they sent me a mail saying your amount is disbursed on 31st july 2017. Then these sales managers said there is a legal issue and hence it will require more time. I patiently said ok and supported them with all the required documents. Then bajaj finserv team said let your ecs bounce with your current home loan account. I allowed that also to happen think bajaj will clear. But from 1st august 2017 till 31st august 2017 they have been fooling me saying they are trying to clear legal issue with my loan account which never happened. On 3rd sept 2017 i requested bajaj to cancel my loan which they have not processed yet and they deducted my emi without disbursing the amount which is highly illegal. This has affected me financial and my family is suffering. I am trying to reach out to them and they are not responding back. I request the team here to help me solve the problem. I want the loan to get cancelled and also my emi and all the penalty charges i had to bear returned back to me. Hoping for help. Was this information helpful? | |||
