Bajaj Finserv — no proper response on my bajaj emi card

I have applied bajaj emi card but more than 40 days over.
Please find the confirmation message received by bajaj, transaction number is jhmp[protected].
And even i tried to apply again in you website, it shows you already registered for emi card. No proper response from [protected]@bajajfinserv.in

I have paid re 4777 for bajaj elite card on date a5 sept 2017, 12:14 pm. they have send card on my old address . my new address already updated in contacts, and they have not send my card to my new address.
