I am taking a loan from baja finserv for which i have to clear in 3 months emi 2 months due paid, but they have opted for a moratorium for my 3rd due which i don’t want to because it was my last due.
I also have learned that those who have opted for moratorium they have to pay a bit more than their general dues for opting moratorium. Why they have opted moratorium on behalf of me & blocked my emi card? I mail them even tried calling the cs team but there was no response from the other side.
So i log-in to their portal & made online payment for my final due (Rs 1783) in order to close my loan a/c my online transaction id is[protected].
But till today i haven’t received any payment confirmation nor my loan a/c closure confirmation.
Meanwhile, i often used to get unnecessary calls from their cs team for opening a health insurance/opting for a new loan but when i used to tell about my problem they used to say that “ sir this is not my department” even when i asked them to connect me to the responsible department they use to make excuses. Below i have attached my payment transaction of my last due please check.
I just need confirmation that my loan a/c is closed or not? & also want that my emi card should be unblocked.
