Bajaj Finserv — Non receipt of 2nd EMI of June 15

My 2nd EMI of Rs- 1990 has been credited from my account on 5/6/2015, but till date I have not received the received as got in my last emi of May15, What is the reason why it is not issued, who is the responsible man, 19 days have passed, but no any action taken sand the receipt immediately. otherwise it will viewed seriously.
