Bajaj Finserv — Not adjusting payment made in advance in EMI | |||
Hi, I have loan in Bajaj finserve with loan account numbers 404TPFGB677269, as I closed my bank account because of bajaj as they not provided me the moretorium and presented the ECS to banks frequently in every 4 to 5 days repeatedly for which bank has deducted more than Rs-12000/- as bounce charges now I closed all my previous loan account with bajaj and having only one account with account number-404TPFGB677269 now every month I am making payment in advance but they are deducting in principal and presenting the ECS to bank and charging Rs-600/- as bounce charges, As I discussed with the manager of the company he only asked me to make payment a week before to adjust in EMI not in principle now I am not in position to pay any interest or EMI to bajaj finserve because there is worst response they are providing no call center support no response to mails and every day around for to five automated calls to pay the bounce charges aI need help on this how to approach the court.. please guide me Was this information helpful? | |||
