Bajaj Finserv — not allowing pre closure of account and unlawful deduction of charges | |||
Presently i have two active loanswith bajajfinserv one emi had bounced on 02.05.2019 and i received a text from vkbajajf stating"emi for rs786 has bounced on on 02.05.2019. Emi will be represented again on 05.05.2019. To avoid charges keep your bank sufficiently funded." the loan the amount account was funded immediately but bajajf had not deducted the emi on 5 th may, rather it was deducted on 06.05.2019. Bounce charges of rs. 295 was deducted on 15.05.2019. 2 not allowing pre closure of the loan on 15.05.2019. The amount was refunded back to my loan account on 17.05.2019 for reasons best known to you. Queries: 1. The text message is contradictory to the action done by you.in the first instance you mislead customer by sending tex twhere it is said that"to avoid charges" and suprisingly you deduct charges. Why was the emi not deducted on 05.05.2019 as written in the text? Not only that in the month of may nor did i receive any other text from bajaj for keeping the account funded as earlier i used to get. Being a customer this is treated as poor service from bajaj. 2. Why the amount was refunded and i am not allowed to close my account. On raising the query the person who attended the call today at 10.43 am refused to take up the matter. 3. I called the customer care personal who is posted in your office at ullas on mob: [protected]on 21.05.2019 at 10.43am.in th efirst instance he disconnected the call after listening and refused to answer my queries without listening to problem and replied "i am busy right now".
