Sir/madam. I have a camplant that i have not got elite card after paying​4777.000 now i have to now what is the resoon i have not got it. Is there any rule to keep the payment of a customer and not issue a card to cardmember. I have to now what is the resoon so please kindly inform me as soon as possible it's a request to you. And if you are posting the elite card by courier so please post it by govt speed post. I think you will do as soon as possible.
