Bajaj Finserv — not issuing foreclosure letters for loans

From july-18 onward, i am requesting for fore closure statements through bajajfin-serv mobile application, through branch & call back from phone.

Till date no response on fore closure letter and if any message comes with confirming will be resolved within 7 to 10 days, but those 7 to 10 working days never came, in the mean time i have paid rs. 42170/- as emi for last 2 months & for top up home loan account rs. 17272 even after managed own funds to close the loan account.
