[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — not received the bajaj finserv emi card.

I am writing this with a hope that i get either the bajaj emi card or my money back. It was on 19 june 2017 that i purchased products through baja finserv at devi international, bengaluru. The representative introduced to the emi card and got me enrolled. I payed 349 rs the transaction reference no:[protected].

Till date, i have not received the emi card.

Updated by Yogesh Gopal Gowda When calling the representatives I was told that the card will be delivered via courier/post to my address after 4-6 EMIs. After 4-6 months I checked with them and they asked me to call the customer care. I tried many times to speak to a customer care executive but the option to talk to an executive or to register a complaint was not available in the IVR.

I ask Bajaj Finserv, to look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.
