Dear Sirs,
We are availing a loan against Lan 424CPS24795626 which was disbursed to us in the first week of this month. However, we are extremely dissatisfied with the way the product was not explained to us and many facts were either wrongly stated or hidden. They are as follows-
1. Processing fee verbally promised by Ms. Vatsal was 1.5 % plus S.T., but we have been charged 2% + S.T.
2. Two Insurance premiums have been debited to our loan account which were not told to us at all, They were completely hidden and therefore us agreeing to the same is not in question.
3. We were told this is a pure Flexi facility and we would use it like a pure Overdraft limit, but in actual the product that has been sanctioned is not so, there is a drop down and EMI part to it as well.
4. Zero fo closure promised verbally but in welcome kit the charges are stated.
From the above you can see that we were completely misguided by Ms. Vatsal either out of incompetence or intentionally. This is not good business practice and spoils the name of your company.
Keeping in view of the above we do not want to use this facility and have deposited the exact amount back into the virtual account that was originally credited into our bank account from your company, therefore please close this Loan account and cancel the related insurance policies immediately.
Inspite of many remainders along with documents& audio call recordings attached we have received no revert from the company.
