Hi, My name is Venkatesh Nakka from Bhiwandi, Thane district, Maharashtra. I got a call from Apna Paisa from Priti Rana Mobile # [protected] offering Bajaj Finance Overdraft Facility. Due to high processing fees i rejected. They offered me cashback of overall fees which came upto Rs.34374 after paying my 1st EMI. Even Priti's manager Prashant Joshi called me and sent me an email assuring that there will be cashback. I accepted and took OD. Above instance happened on 31st October. Till today no cashback I have received and no both Priti & Prashant are not responding to Calls, What's app msgs & email. Bajaj Finserv customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 12, 2024 Updated by venky87 I immediately got a call on the day I raised the complaint but post that there is no update and the case still remain same. Kindly look into this issue.
