Bajaj Finserv — Paid 2 times emi

Paid my emi on june 2nd via gpay ..but it didnt reflect in my statement ..then i got a call from bajaj finserv ..he told me that i have to pay the overdues and this payment will adjust for next month emi ...and assured me that the bounced charges will refund ..he will raise a request ...
i paid my dues on time ..but from their side it was not reflecting...
i have paid 2 times the emi ...but its not showing in my statements ...
