Bajaj Finserv — payment are deposits for elite card but still not any update by bajaj

Dear sir,
I have already paid of rs. 4999.00 for elite card but no any type of conformation by bajaj finserv, i so many times to call but no respond by the bajaj team regarding the said issue. I send email to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in and also [protected]@bajajfinserv.in but still not any update for my payment and about my card.

Kindly do the needful and oblige
