Hi, I have applied for moratorium facility provided by rbi mail screenshot enclosed with mail attachment still bouncing charges deducted from my bank account today for rs.1390 statement enclosed with mail attachment also my loan tenure is increased from 36 month to 51 month. Please clarify the details or ill take legal action against bajaj finserv. My loan a/c no - 425pstfm391948 Customer id[protected]. Did your problem get solved? My father is facing the same issue, his loan tenure was for 36 months and now it's snowing 48 months. We also took the moratorium facility.
