This is soumen biswas, account holder of on your company, this is inform to you that, i have purchase two vivo mobile through bfl one of from ghosh pco krishnagar rathtala nadia & second one from mishra gift corner, this is very pathetic without my concern cpp is activated, & such time i am inform both retailers for cancellation but one is cancel & second one is till running, again my self visit to mishra gift corner krishnagar & ask them to cancellation of cpp, but he told me its activated by mr goutam (Bfl employee) goutam is pay such amount, thatsway i am not pay this amount from my account,

But four time ecs bounce charges deducted from my account, kindly clarify why such service active without my concern?? Kindly reverse all charges,
