[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Poor response and no action on the loan request raised online | |||
My Name is Manoj Kumar Narayanan, i had Preferred EMI card ( Emergency card ) with the loan value of Rs 38250, with that i had applied for a loan of Rs 35000 in online on 29.1.15, immediately i got a call from your represtative and they told me to submit ID proof, address proof and cheque leaf to process the loan and when i asked about detection they told me that they will check and come back. But till 12.2.15 i didnt get any response, so i went to your mount road office Raheeja towers and meet your representative only that time i came to know there is no action done against my request. One of your representative told that he need to complete few document and will inform me for future processing but till today ( 18.2.15 ) there is no response from your company. then what is the meaning of offering a card named Emergency card????????? not able to reach are talk to ur representative when called to your customer care number. Why offering such schemes with such a poor response???????? Is it possible for any responsible person to solve my issue. If you can help me pls reach me on 91 - [protected].
