Bajaj Finserv — Pre closure and part payment charges | |||||
As everyone is complaining here — bajaj is levying a pre-closure and part payment charges and they are not adhering to their own policies where they sell the loans to the customers - claiming 0% pre closure and 0% part payment charges — seriously, is there anything one could do to really take them task?? If we go about not paying the emi's — they will levy the payment missed charges so it will come back on us to really pay that back — and so can the regulatory authority — quickly address this issue as many people are being taken to ride by these "rouge" wrongly selling there policies and changing their own written commitment. Or is it going to lie around like that as regulatory authority not reacting fast to this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||||
