[Resolved] Bajaj Finserv — Pre-closure charges | |||||
Dear babaj customer care head, I have not received any respond after my complaint regarding foreclose charges. On 11th may 2017 where babaj have waived-off the 4% pre-closer charges and again on 18th may i got foreclose letter where there was no foreclose chargers and the last date payment mentioned over there 25th may 2017. And based on this i have requested hdfc loan (Hdfc ltd) division to prepare the cheque for entire amount and submitted the cheque on 22 may 2017 at kaushambi counter and the cashier also matched the amount where there was no charges of 4 % and asked to submit the cheque which got from hdfc and extra 410 given for additional interesting as per chat. Now suddenly after one day of deposit cheque babaj have sent one email that foreclose is cancelled and one another email comes with foreclose charges, its surprise!!! When i had deposited the cheque babaj should have the information. When babaj had no intention to waived-off then why babaj have shared such waived-off emails and foreclose letter without fore closer charges. Because this spoiled my financial planning, off-course i could have paid part payment instead of full, where i can minimise the foreclose charges from 4% to 2 %. (24000 to 12000) Please note again saying i have person who introduce bajaj in our company among 5000 employees and i had only given the reference and not sure how i will face them when issues comes to me and the ambushing situation is that when i paid entire amount you are seeking from me the pre-closer charges :- ( Trust there is huge communication gap between your intra departments because i have paid on 22 may but there is no information with bajaj wecare. And the reason i had selected babaj so that i can pay at anytime without foreclose charges and when this thing i said to your tele-caller executive then he is saying the agreement has been changed after your loan disbursement, haaa, how you can change and also saying you have singed for the changes, boss my question are you giving any chance to read the terms??? Definitely i will record when your executive will come and will not give chance to read in my company and the same video i will matriculate. That all are one side but when you have given letter on 18th may 2017 to pay till 25th then how you can send email on 23 may after my payment that the foreclose is cancelled. When you had no intention to waived-off then why you have shared such waived-off emails and foreclose letter without fore closer and off-course i could have paid part payment instead of full, where i can minimise the foreclose charges from 4% to 2 %. Its not first time, every time babaj trying to get money illogically, finally you are forcing your customer to end his life after all this harassment.
