I applied for bajaj rbl card, application was approved, till that time lot of representatives were calling me. They informed me that they despatched the card through courier. Till date after lapsing more than 15 days i didn't get the card and the most funny thing is that neither bajaj nor rbl bank don't have a proper customer care service for this matter. Now without receiving the credit card, bank sent me an email quoting my payment details. That means i have to pay money without recieving a credit card and without availng any service. God bless customers. Think twice before doing any business with them. I am going to consumer court for this matter. I am waiting for their response. I didn't expect this kind of fraud from bajaj finance serv
