I paid my loan Emi amount through Google pay and shared the customer care executive transaction number. Even, I received a phone call from the Bajaj call center. Today only I have received 20 calls, each calls customer care executive asked me you paid the amount, and this just a confirmation call like that. Even Sunday also received the calls. I am now totally frustrated.
Please Bajaj finance, don't tourcher the customers and don't accumulate more interest amount if any late charges. This month only one day delay regarding my bank issue and my EMI is bounced, and bajaj finance charged me extra 600 rupees. Even if i changed the bank account number you guys taking 30 days' time. why your softwares all so late and why customer need to pay extra interest amounts?? Was this information helpful? |
