Name of the company- bajaj finserv type of loan - consumer product loan loan account no.- 418dpf85092172 loan amount- rs.12, 990 emi mode - ecs tenure- 6 months date of loan issued- 2nd oct 2018 registered mobile grievance details - consumer said that he took a consumer product loan from bajaj finserv on 2nd oct 2018. He has been paying emi rs.2165 per month by ecs mode and he has paid almost 4 months. But due to some issue one emi was bounced in this month. He is out of town so he requested to the company that they will pay the emi with bounce charge within some days. But the recovery team started calling him (Mob. No.- [protected]) and abusing him. They are continuously harassing him, so he paid the emi with bounce charge (Rs.2615) to the company on 9th feb 2019 through net banking. But still the recovery team did not believe it but they are mentally harassing him. So he wants to lodge his grievance regarding this. He wants the solution.
