Bajaj Finserv — renewal charges being levied even after the account closure | |||
My name is pradeep kumar anumala. I had opened an emi account with bajaj fin serv sometime in 2014. I was initially told that the account was for free and there won't be any charges. But they started auto debiting annual fees of inr 100. On june 8th, 2017 i raised a service request against them to block my account and stop charging me. They responded saying they blocked my card but they still kept charging me. I have attached the screenshot of their response. When i try to reach out to them now, they are saying my mail id is not registered. I have no way to reach out to them as i am not using the registered mobile number any more. The company is cheating many others in the same fashion. Please take a strict action against this company. Was this information helpful? | |||
